‘Lyrebird’ selected at 2022 Animal Behavior Society Film Festival
The Message of the Lyrebird has been officially selected for the 38th annual Animal Behavior Society Film Festival.
The judging committee, headquartered at Humboldt State University California, have made their final selection decisions for the festival which features outstanding films that portray important concepts in animal behavior in the context of research, education and conservation.
The festival takes place in San José , Costa Rica 20-23 July as part of the 59th annual Animal Behavior Society conference which is attended by several hundred scientists, professors, applied practitioners, and students from across the globe.
After 13 years, Lyrebird finally gets a moment to vibrate its way into the minds and hearts of current and future scientists, offering unique insights for the fields of biological, psychological and anthropological sciences.
ABS advocates for advancing the scientific study of animal behavior through many mediums, which includes editing the field’s flagship scientific journal, Animal Behavior.
